This is the application for new Beer and Beef members.
NB: Applicants are to have attended at least 2 luncheons and be aware that they are expected to attend at least 5 luncheons in any one year to hold membership. They must also have met the President or committee members prior to submitting the application.
(On acceptance of the application by the committee, the joining fee of $50 and annual membership fee of $100 is to be paid)
